Meet the Staff 

Hamideh Kazemi - Director 

Hami graduated from Capilano University with a Diploma in Early 
Childhood Education and infant toddler. She also has graduated 
from Iran University with a degree in Language Art. Hami is certified 
to teach from infant/toddler to Kindergarten. She has been a teacher 
for 13 years and has been at Hami’s Playhouse since 2008.



Sinead - Teacher
​Completed her ECE from CDI college in March 2023. She is also qualified from FETAC level 5 in Childcare in Ireland since May 2010. Sinead studied Elementary school teaching in Dowling College, New York where she completed modules such as Child development. Sinead has been working in childcare since 2010.

Renata - Teacher
​Renata has completed the course of Early Childhood Education Assistant from Coastal College of British Columbia. She also holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In addition to her educational background, Renata has experience working with children with disabilities and mental health disorders.Her passion for photography is another noteworthy aspect of her skills and interests.

Marity​ - Manager  

Experienced in Early Childhood since 2010. Marity is a graduate 
of VCC College and certified to work with young children. 
She also has experience working with children who need extra care. 
She completed her first ECE practicum at Hami’s Playhouse.
