Meet the Staff
Hamideh Kazemi - Director
Hami graduated from Capilano University with a Diploma in Early
Childhood Education and infant toddler. She also has graduated
from Iran University with a degree in Language Art. Hami is certified
to teach from infant/toddler to Kindergarten. She has been a teacher
for 13 years and has been at Hami’s Playhouse since 2008.
Marity - Manager
Marity Experienced in Early Childhood since 2010. Marity is a graduate of VCC College and certified to work with young children.
She also has experience working with children who need extra care.
She completed her first ECE practicum at Hami’s Playhouse.

Renata - Teacher
Renata has completed the course of Early Childhood Education Assistant from Coastal College of British Columbia. She also holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In addition to her educational background, Renata has experience working with children with disabilities and mental health disorders. Her passion for photography is another noteworthy aspect of her skills and interests.

Zahra - Teacher
Zahra has built her life on determination and perseverance. Originally from Tehran, Iran, she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Law from Azad University. She later moved to Canada, where she is currently studying Early Childhood Education at Vancouver Career College, balancing her academic pursuits with the responsibilities of parenthood.
Zahra's passion for child development is reflected in her professional growth. She holds certifications in Early Childhood Education, First Aid, Responsible Adult, and Food Safety. With a couple of years of experience as an ECE Assistant and babysitter, she has consistently fostered nurturing environments for children.
Her journey is one of resilience, courage, and a commitment to excellence, driven by her determination to overcome challenges and achieve her dreams.
